Admins!!! Please Make An Action about my skills

Dear Admins.

I have a problem with my Account Before the Game had Deleted all the accounts i donated at least 5 skills

which is 287 dex , 287 int 287 pow 277 pow, 277 int

that time my username was:

aphroditerz and the character's name which i had requested to put my donator skills was named as aphrodence


and now that i Registered a new account after that error

i used

aphrodence as my username and character's name


so now i'm requesting For my Donator skills to be claimed Back....



so please make an action about it....


and i already sent a letter 2 piratesran2@gmail.com


for my request... but still my donator skills was not yet there


please make an action as soon as possible !!!
