the client7.exe cant be download my TD...

now there is another problem,i have followed (the step of install,downloaded all 7.exe client and quick patch 12.2).but i cant even see some item solded by npc like(127~147 skill book)

THE 167~250 SKILL BOOK ARE SO EXPENSIVE !!! 20M~500M !!!
