manager i cant log in my aacount..plzzz help.....is there something wrong?

my username and pass are correct but i cant log in game...plzz help.......

AND ALSO THERES ANOTHER ACCOUNT THAT ALSO CANT LOg in one of my shop mates but i forgot his user name...
